Can filling machine is suitable for carbonated beverages, soda, beer and other carbonated beverages with cans (tinplate) as outer packaging materials. With a production capacity of 200-400 cans per minute, it is the first choice for beverage factories with a certain scale.
There are three types of can filling equipment used in the production based on the form of the product being handled. They are liquid filling machines, solid filling machines and power filling machines. Among all filling machine types, liquid filling machines are the most popular ones in the industry.
There are four main filling machine principles – gravity filling, overflow filling, piston filling and pump filling depending on the viscosity of the liquid handled.
Overflow fillers: These fill a container until a specific level in the container is reached. Overflow filling works best with thin to medium viscosity products.
Gravity fillers: A gravity filler is an overflow filler in which the liquid is filled into the bottles due to its weight. This filling machine principle is well-suited to a wide range of industries, including food and beverage, soda, beer, specialty chemical and cosmetics and personal care, so long as the product is free-flowing， soft drink and of a low enough viscosity.
Pump fillers: Liquid filling machines use pumps to fill highly viscous products like jelly and honey.
Piston fillers: Piston filling systems are suitable for liquids ranging from thin viscosities to thick. They are also able to process semi-solids and liquids with particulates.

The sealing head adopts a dual-shaft structure: the feed rate of the first and second rollers can be adjusted and controlled separately
