The working principle is that when the filling starts, the packaging container rises to lift up the rubber cushion, so that a gap appears between the sliding sleeve and the filling head. The liquid flows into the bottle, and the original gas in the bottle is discharged from the exhaust pipe to the liquid storage tank. When the inner liquid reaches the cross section of the exhaust nozzle, the gas can no longer be discharged, as the liquid material continues to be poured. When the liquid level exceeds the exhaust nozzle, the gas in the bottle is compressed and the pressure increases. Once the pressure is balanced, the liquid will no longer enter the bottle and rise along the exhaust pipe.
According to the principle of the communicating device, it rises to the level of the liquid in the liquid storage tank, and then the bottle drops. The compression spring ensures that the filling and sliding sleeve are closed again. The liquid in the exhaust pipe flows into the bottle to complete a quantitative filling.
As long as the operating conditions remain unchanged, the height of the liquid filled each time in the bottle also remains unchanged. If you want to change the filling quantity, you only need to adjust the height position of the exhaust pipe extending into the bottle.
